What is Good Thinking?
  • A digital mental wellbeing service designed for anyone living or working in London
  • Used by over 250,000 people
  • Can support people in managing their mental health and building resilience
  • Offers over a hundred NHS approved resources including wellbeing information sources; guides to improving mental health; courses on and offline; mobile apps and other therapy approaches

The Good Thinking website is in need of a redesign (take a look, it's pretty bland tbh). We're looking to make it more friendly and effective for young people.

We know that everyone has different needs, and everyone finds support in their own way. With that in mind, we would really appreciate your feedback to help the design and development of this service moving forward.

Thank you so much for your time.
