Built environment and accessibility survey

Equal Lives is going to provide evidence to the government’s Women and Equalities Committee inquiry looking at disability, accessibility and the built environment. We need your help to make sure what we say represents the experiences of disabled people.

We have created this short survey to collect evidence to use in our response and our work on accessibility.

The survey will be available to complete until 30th September and it should take no longer than 20 minutes, you do not have to answer all questions and you can stop taking part in the survey at any point.

The survey responses will be processed and stored in accordance with Data Protection Act and it will not be used in a manner which would allow identification of who you are.
Alternatively, if you prefer the survey in a word document format or if you need help complete the survey, please email Susan at susan.waterfield@equallives.org.uk or phone 01508 491210 Please make sure your completed survey reaches us by the closing date.
