Viability and Sustainability of Mobile Abattoirs in Scotland

We have been appointed by the Scottish Government to assess the viability and sustainability of mobile abattoirs in Scotland.

This survey has been designed to enable us to gather data on whether there is a need or demand for mobile abattoirs in Scotland, and to help establish any potential impacts to existing organisations.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete, however if you would like to find out more or would like to discuss this research in greater detail, please contact Brian Menzies on 01569 764883 or brianmenzies@enscape.eu

You will not be identifiable in any reports produced from this work. Your responses to this survey will be aggregated within the formal report and will remain confidential.
