EHE Autobiography

Exceptional Experiences can be Mystical, Psychic, Death-Related, Strange Encounters or 'normal' exceptional experiences. They become Exceptional Human Experiences (EHEs) when they transform you in some way. Usually it changes your view of the world, or yourself. Gives a sense of a connectedness that you 'know' not just think.

* 1. Chronologically list all your exceptional experiences or altered states that you have experienced. (You may want to copy n paste from a word doc)

* 2. Notice if they connected to certain places, people or activities, and make a note of this if you notice a pattern or theme.

* 3. Maybe you experienced certain types of EHEs numerous times so perhaps now the experience is more like deja vu, or even being uplifted by things like surfing, hiking, nature, or art? If this is more like you, give a generalised description and try to order any experiences chronologically and mention how often you feel this experiences and with what frequency. If you are someone who works with EHEs so they are 'normal' perhaps share your first exceptional experience which transformed you in working this way?

* 4. Once your list or timeline is complete, which may take a while, connect back with the experiences and note if there is a similar tone or meaning, did they give you the same questions, or perhaps answer a question? In doing this list or writing about a particular experience notice if there is anything new that now comes to you.
