Our self care sessions and wellbeing programme will be delivered by an experienced counsellor who works from an empowering and woman centred perspecitive. Both are designed to help women develop their own self care strategies and improve how they cope with daily life following the traumatic impact of sexual violence. Does this sound like a service you would like to access?

* 10. SARSVL is looking at developing workshops we can deliver to companies to improve how they respond to employees disclosing sexual violence. To help us research this we would like to speak to women who have disclosed to someone in the work place about how they found this experience.
