Survey for civil society on parliamentarians and education budgeting |
As part of our joint commitment to providing parliamentarians with advice, information and support to deliver more and better education financing, the International Parliamentary Network for Education (IPNEd) and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) are developing a parliamentary toolkit on domestic education financing.
The toolkit will support parliamentarians to enhance their knowledge, skills and capacity to more effectively make the case for investments in education and support better scrutiny of how resources are spent.
Your opportunity to shape the toolkit
To ensure that relevant expertise and experience informs the development of the toolkit we have launched this short survey for civil society. The survey includes 2 sections which address:
- Working with parliamentarians on education budgeting
- Priority issues for the toolkit
We welcome a broad range of responses, particularly from organisations and individuals that are working in education financing, or have experience working with parliamentarians. We particularly welcome examples of best practice which we look to amplify in the toolkit.
The survey will take just 5-10 minutes to complete, though more comprehensive responses are encouraged. It will close on April 8, but we are grateful for responses as soon as possible.
Your response will be used to inform the scope and priorities of the toolkit. We may also reference your submission in the toolkit.
