65+ Health & Care Survey

Healthwatch Sheffield is an independent watchdog for local health and social care.

We are using this survey to find out about the experiences of people aged 65 and over who use health and/or care services in Sheffield. 

We will share our findings with the public, health and care services and decision makers who want to make improvements for local people.

We do not ask your name and you don’t have to tell us about your gender, and health etc... but this will help us know whether:

-      a variety of different people have done the survey
-      certain groups of people are having different experiences to other groups.
