SW9 Parkguard Consultation Survey

To help tackle ASB (anti-social behaviour) on the Stockwell Park Estate, during September 2021 SW9 asked community enforcement organisation Parkguard to provide a trial patrol service from 3pm to 1am at the weekends.

The two patrol officers provided a physical presence to reassure residents, took a lead role in addressing ASB and also helped gather critical information which we analysed with the Police. We received positive feedback from residents about this service and noted that their presence reduced the ASB on the estate. This included 655 separate actions to mitigate ASB tackling rough sleeping, drug issues, fly tipping and directing those causing issues to leave the estate. The patrols also reassured residents that positive action was being taken.

Following the trial, SW9 are now considering the formal introduction of Parkguard patrols on Stockwell Park. To better understand your views on this proposal we have created the survey below.
