* 13. The surgery uses the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). This is a NHS service that allows your GP to send your prescription direct to your chosen pharmacy, saving you time and visits to the Surgery. Are you currently using this service?

* 14. BRS has introduced ‘Active Signposting’, directing patients to the most appropriate healthcare professional/service to meet their needs. Changes such as pre-recorded telephone message on the appointment line, Clinical Pharmacist and recruitment of Practice Matrons have taken place. To direct patients effectively the receptionists need to know a little about your reason for calling.  We would value your thoughts on the new system.
