As part of our joint commitment to providing parliamentarians with advice, information and support to deliver more and better education financing, the International Parliamentary Network for Education (IPNEd) and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) are developing a parliamentary toolkit on domestic education financing.

The toolkit will be informed by the challenges parliamentarians face when budgeting for education and the information and support that would be most effective in assisting parliamentarians to make the case for investments in education and support better scrutiny of how resources are spent on education.

We have therefore launched a short survey which is your chance to share with us the issues you would like to see included in the toolkit. The survey includes 3 sections which address:
  • Making the case for education in budget discussions
  • Scrutinising how resources are spent on education
  • Priority issues for the toolkit and its rollout
Your response will be used to inform the scope, priorities and design of our parliamentary toolkit on domestic education financing. By completing the survey, you agree to your submission being used for this purpose.

The survey will take just 5 - 10 minutes to complete. It will close on 8 April, but we are grateful for responses as soon as possible.

If you have any questions or issues or would like to alternatively submit your response via email, please contact info@ipned.org. You can also withdraw your response at any time.

Question Title

* 1. What is your name and parliament?

This is to confirm that you are a parliamentarian and for us to see which countries our survey respondents are from. We will not use this information for any other purposes.
