The National Housing Federation (NHF) are working towards creating a stronger, more balanced relationship with tenants and residents. It aims to strengthen the voice of tenants around the services you receive to make sure you can influence those decisions and that you can hold your landlord to account and get answers to your questions if something goes wrong. Havebury have signed up to consult on these new plans as part of the NHF project, and we’d like your views.

The NHF are proposing a new Tenants Charter and have made some suggestions about the types of commitments that should be included in the Charter. We’ve listed them below and would like to know if you agree whether these commitments should be included in the charter, and if you have any other comments on each of them. There are 9 in total.

Thank you!
