Welcome

This questionnaire is for parents or carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities in Cumbria who do not have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). 

We want to find out about the experiences you and your family have had – what’s worked, what hasn’t and how things could be improved. We worked with a group of parents and carers to develop the questionnaire. 

This survey is one of the ways we are responding to the recommendations from the Ofsted/Care Quality Commission inspection of SEND services in Cumbria in March 2109. Your response will help make services better.

The survey will take you approximately 12 minutes to complete. We will share the results of the survey with you via the SEND Local Offer website and the SEND Improvement Programme newsletter.

If your child has an EHCP please do not progress with this survey, you can complete a separate survey for parents/carers of children or young people with an EHCP.
