The Better Business Regulation group for the D2N2 LEP area are interested in business regulatory experience and would be happy to receive comments on their engagements/inspections with local regulatory bodies, Environmental Health, Fire Service and Trading Standards, but experiences with other national regulators may also be reported on.
Several regulators already have their own customer satisfaction forms but this group survey will deal independently and in confidence – but complaints will be investigated if required. The Better Business Regulation group are hoping to capture bad experiences along with more favourable comments so that the regulatory bodies can improve and build on negative as well as positive experiences.
The survey can be filled in anonymously if so desired, but if you would like a response to any specific comment please provide contact details.
