Welcome to the on-line application process for Formula Student 2023 Artificial Intelligence (FS-AI) volunteering.
There are several parts to this application and you will be asked to provide some key details and important information relevant to the event. Please provide information as accurately as possible.
Ensuring a Covid secure event.
As in 2022 part of the plans and preparations for FS 2023 will be to continue to include detailed COVID-19 risk assessment and management of the event with all relevant and appropriate Covid-19 risk mitigation in line with government guidance current at the time of any live event.
This may include, but is not limited to, provision of the following:

This may include, but is not limited to, provision of the following:
- Cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures
- COVID-19 secure work spaces for all staff, volunteers and participants
- Maintaining appropriate and applicable social distancing measures
- Continual monitoring and management of the event site to mitigate possible transmission risk.
