1. Hi there!

Thank you for taking this survey.

At the Jack Petchey Foundation, we want to raise young people’s voices to the public, media and decision makers as well as use your thoughts and ideas to help us shape our programmes for 2021 and beyond. This survey is your chance to tell us what you think.

Read on to find out about our survey prize draw!

Survey Purpose:
The purpose of this survey is for you to share your experiences of lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic but also to express your hopes for the future, what sort of “new normal” would you like to see, and what support or opportunities you might need to help make this happen.

Completing the Survey:
The survey consists of 21 questions and should take around 10 minutes to complete. It will be open until 5pm, Monday 10th August 2020. Your feedback will be anonymous and confidential and will be administered and analysed by the Jack Petchey Foundation, supported by the Institute for Volunteering Action Research (IVAR).

We will not share your personal details with any third party, but we may share quotes from young people on our social media and send them out to the press to shout about the great things young people in London and Essex are doing.

The survey is split into the following five sections:
● About you
● Your lockdown experience
● Your hopes and ambitions
● Youth clubs, activities and support
● Have your say

Each section contains a series of multiple choice questions.

Prize draw:
We are offering the chance for you to win £500 for yourself and up to £1000 for the youth organisation/school you belong to. To enter into our prize draw, simply complete the survey and you will automatically be entered, and we will get in touch with you via email if you are successful.
