Introduction
The Spotting the Signs questionnaire was designed to aid identification of young people attending sexual health services who may be at risk of child sexual exploitation (CSE). Our aim is to develop an abbreviated version of the questionnaire for use when time is limited. In order to do so we must identify the most valuable questions in making an assessment of the risk of sexual exploitation.
This survey aims to collate the views of health professionals in acute & community sexual health services who are experienced in screening for risk of CSE, with particular focus on:
a) Adoption of elements of the Spotting the Signs questionnaire
b) Identifying the questions with maximum value in identifying those at risk of CSE
