Wolverhampton Voluntary Sector Council (WVSC) is currently working on a business case for the CCG Wolverhampton that is exploring the option of a social investment model for a VCS preventative service for people with long-term health conditions. As part of this we need to understand what is currently being delivered locally, to identify local capability and if there are any gaps. This survey will help to strengthen the business case and potential for investment into the local VCS. We would also like to find out if you would be interested in delivering services in a consortia if the business case is viable.

If you are a local VCS group delivering services that improve the health and well-being of people in Wolverhampton then please could you therefore kindly complete this survey by 16th March 2018. Following this we will provide further information about this project through the WVSC newsletter and Third Sector Partnership.
