This tool is not be used frivolously and/or for personal grievances that would be dealt with more appropriately via an alternative route.
Users should understand that the trivial use of the whistleblowing tool and the policy in general will result in the waste of large amounts of valuable staff time and resource. Therefore, any staff found to be abusing this tool will be dealt with under the Society’s Disciplinary Policy to the fullest extent.
