About this survey

Do you have a view on the 3 month time limit on bringing a claim of sexual harassment to employment tribunal?

Do you have something to say about your experience of sexual harassment, the process of raising a grievance or going to an employment tribunal?

The Government Equalities Office has launched a consultation to gather evidence about whether the current legislation on protecting people from sexual harassment in the workplace is effective.

Rights of Women is a legal charity, which gives free legal advice to women. We recently launched a brand new free legal advice line, giving employment legal advice to women in England and Wales experiencing sexual harassment at work.

Rights of Women will be responding to the Government's consultation and would like to hear from women about their views on and experiences of accessing justice after being sexually harassed by someone at work.

It is vital that we take this opportunity to tell the Government what women think about the current system of accessing justice after sexual harassment.

The survey is anonymous. There are 6 questions, which should take around 5-10 minutes to answer. There are some yes/no questions as well as the opportunity to tell us about your experience in your own words.

We will use the responses from this survey as evidence in our own response to the Government consultation and in our continuous campaign for women's access to justice.

Thank you for taking the time to share your views.
