Welcome to the IMS Survey

Thank you for agreeing to participate in this Integrated Management System survey. This survey is part of a Research project towards a professional qualification with Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).  Data obtained from this survey will be used in assessing the challenges faced by organisations within the food and drink industry sector (compared to other sectors) in maintaining multiple certifications/managements systems, barriers to integration and benefits of integration. A report will be compiled based on the data received.

All data received will remain confidential as the survey does not require you to reveal your identity or that of your organisation.

The survey takes roughly 10 minutes to complete. You can go back to previous pages in the survey and update your responses until the survey is finished or until you have exited the survey. After the survey is finished, you will not be able to re-enter the survey.
