Homeworking Survey

We are carrying out this survey as many Napo members are now either mainly or completely working from home - and have been doing so for about six weeks now. Given this we want to get a picture of the physical and mental health impact of homeworking on members particularly given the nature of the work you do and the emotional labour this involves. We will analyse the survey results and use these in our negotiations with employers.

Please take the time to complete this confidential survey - it will not take long! and the results will be used to inform the union’s work.
