Good provision of public toilets is a hallmark of a civilized and welcoming place to be.
As part of the Out and About campaign Age UK London have launched 'London Loos' – a campaign for better public toilet provision in the capital. The next stage of the campaign will focus on what local councils can do.
To make sure we are calling for the things that will be make a difference we want to hear from you.
One in five of us experience ‘the loo leash’ where we don’t leave our homes as much as we might like because we are anxious that we won’t be able to find a toilet when we need to. We believe action towards better provision of public toilets is crucial.
