2020 NASS Patients' Choice Awards

NASS knows that there are some amazing health care professionals  out there, providing excellent services for people with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA) including ankylosing spondylitis (AS).

We want to celebrate the great care that many of you receive and in particularly those health care professionals who go that extra mile, making a huge difference to your lives. 

The third NASS Patients' Choice Awards are an opportunity to celebrate our wonderful healthcare professionals. They also give you the opportunity to nominate someone you feel is deserving of special recognition for the care they provide. 

Remember, the better the description of why you made the nomination the better. It could be overall care over a number of years, or one very specific action that made a difference to you. Those who nominate the eventual winners will also be invited to the Houses of Parliament to see them receive their award, so please do include your contact details at the end.
