The Football Supporters’ Federation (FSF) and Supporters Direct (SD) will be holding their first joint AGM as the new unified supporter organisation in London next month. It will take place at the Royal National Hotel in London on Saturday 29th June 2019 - full venue details can be found here

To register and vote at the AGM you need to be a member of the new unified supporter organisation. Even if you attended the EGM in November 2018 or have previously registered as a member, we will check the details you give below against your existing membership and update them as necessary. Each attendee needs to complete the registration form. 

Delegate packs will be emailed approximately 1 week before the event to all those who register.

The information you provide in this form will be used by the FSF and Supporters Direct with regard to your membership of the new unified national football supporters organisation, formed at an EGM on 22nd November 2018.
