2017-18 Wigan Athletic Supporter Questionnaire

As part of Wigan Athletic's commitment to improving the match day experience it is important that we understand who our supporters are and what their needs are.

In order for us to achieve this we are looking for your support by taking five minutes to complete the attached questionnaire.

Understanding the diversity of supporters allows us to implement specific programmes in order to provide appropriate services for existing supporters, address any under-represented groups within our supporter base, and attract new supporters in the future.

The information provided on this form will be treated as confidential. You are not required to provide your name and completion of this form is not compulsory. The information will be used in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

At the end of this questionnaire you will be re-directed to a separate and optional form to enter your client code to be in with the chance of winning a Wigan Athletic shirt signed by Michael Jacobs, Dan Burn or new signing Jamie Walker. Information obtained will not be used in conjunction with any other data collected.
