You will own product development for SurveyMonkey’s Notification channels -- collaborate with engineering, marketing, other product teams, and data science to deliver scalable solutions which drive customer engagement through personalized notifications across multiple product lines.
Lead Product efforts to prevent platform abuse at SurveyMonkey -- work closely with security, legal, customer operations, and other product teams to handle and prevent abuse.
This is a high impact, high leverage role with full purview of SurveyMonkey’s multiple product lines for a product manager looking to deliver significant customer and business impact. Today, Notifications reach more than 20 million customers per week, and has a double digit year-over-year growth rate.
