We're looking for salespeople to manage accounts and skyrocket customer growth. If you're a self-starter with a consultative approach to selling — with experience pitching sales to any audience, and cultivating great client relationships — this job is for you!


The Role

The Business Development Representative plays a critical role in growing our business. The main focus of this position is in qualifying prospects for our sales process through following up with leads via cold calling, referral network nurturing, partner channel development, and managing of various marketing and social media campaigns designed to cultivate prospects that contribute to a qualified sales pipeline.

  • Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound/marketing leads
  • Achieve monthly quota of sourcing qualified opportunities
  • Engage with prospects & customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs
  • Profile accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executives
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
  • As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional, proactive manner
  • Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
  • “Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
  • Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials



  • Zero to three years at a Business-to-Business organization in an Inside Sales Development or Inside Sales role
  • Highly motivated to learn
  • Excellent instincts for conversing with technology executives and ability to think on the fly
  • Strong work ethic – possess the desire to master the art of selling
  • Fluency in English along with excellent phone skills, phone etiquette, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • BA/BS degree is preferred
