We’re looking for a User Researcher who is curious about customers and passionate about answering tough questions. Your research will span from formative to evaluative relying on various qualitative methods and a subset of quantitative methods. You’ll be partnering with multiple teams to identify and collaborate on research topics including product, design, survey research and voice-of-customer.
