We're looking for salespeople to manage accounts and skyrocket customer growth. If you're a self-starter with a consultative approach to selling — with experience pitching sales to any audience, and cultivating great client relationships — this job is for you!

 

The Role

The Sr. Account Executive owns the development and strategic sales plan of an assigned persona(s).  We look for strong team players that are hungry and nimble, who have shown a consistent track record of driving and closing SMB and mid‐market level deals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive revenue within a specified target persona(s) or list of named accounts
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold‐calling
  • Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation via networking, associations, etc.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Own the sales cycle ‐ from lead generation to closure
  • Develop strategic business plan for assigned persona(s) and target market
  • Maintain diligent account and opportunity forecasting within our CRM system
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software sales experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • Proven track record of sales excellence
  • Knowledge of buyer personas
  • Ability to clearly articulate and communicate with various levels of the buyer organization including C-suite executive
  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast paced, rapid change environment
  • Superior professional presence and business acumen
