Announcing Changes to Our Facebook App Integration

Create a Survey Today

We have updates to share with you regarding our Facebook App, survey fans.

From 15 August, 2014, you’ll no longer be able to use our Facebook App and embed surveys on your Facebook fan pages.

But don’t worry – all of your collected survey results will be available via our Analyse tools. And you can still post your surveys to Facebook:

Share surveys on personal pages with our Facebook Collector.
Post surveys to fan pages with our Web Link Collector.

If you have any open surveys on the Facebook App, please do create a new collector for your survey before 15 August. All open surveys living on the Facebook App will not be able to collect new responses after 15 August. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Stay tuned because we’re pleased to let you know that we’re currently working on creating even better tools for sharing surveys on all your favourite social media sites. To make sure you’re up-to-date with all of our product news and for the latest in all of our exciting monkey exploits, follow our blog or sign up for updates.
