Many of you have told me that transport is one of the most important local issues.
That's why I held a number of events to get your views and have used that feedback to create my North Bristol Transport Plan which you can view here.
I'd like to hear about your experience of transport in Bristol. You can do that by completing this survey.
On the first page, I ask some questions about you and your family. You don't have to answer these if you don't want to, it just helps me understand the hopes and concerns of people in different circumstances.
If I want to use the feedback you share with me to evidence the need for investment you will not be identified and your responses will not be shared in full outside of my office.
In the survey, I talk about North Bristol - that includes all of my constituency Bristol North West (Avonmouth to Brentry through to Sneyd Park, Henleaze and Lockleaze and everything in between) but also includes some of the area north of Brentry, Southmead and Lockleaze that fall into South Gloucestershire - that's because I know many of you use these main transport routes for work, accessing education and leisure.
Thousands of new homes are planned for the North Bristol arc (including Filton Airfield) so I want to ensure Bristol North West is not at total gridlock when we're already struggling to cope.
I also ask a number of questions about proposals for bus lanes through North Bristol, which you can read about at www.darren-jones.co.uk/save-westbury
