The Grange Staff Survey

Dear All

I wanted to check in with you all and ensure that you are all doing well……

As you may know I am the responsible individual for Consensus and Care Inspectorate Wales and part of my role is to ensure that I along with the manager are looking at all of the services in Wales and looking at making improvements.

I am aware there have been a number of challenges in the past 18 months around C19, staffing shortages etc and its been a tough time so I wanted to thank you all for your dedication and commitment.

I would like to gain your views on ways that we can improve things at The Grange for both staff and supported individuals.

Therefore I would be really grateful if you could complete this very quick survey for me?

The results will come directly to myself only, so I would really hope that you would be open and honest and constructive in your responses.

I will then use the responses to look at what changes we can make at the service and across Consensus, I will also attend a team meeting to feedback and agree what happens next.
