A new Eye Hospital in Sunderland – online survey

Sunderland Eye Infirmary is widely recognised as a centre of excellence in ophthalmology (eye) services. It has an outstanding reputation for its high standards of clinical care and is one of very few standalone specialist eye
hospitals in the whole country. People come from all over the
region to access specialist eye treatment in Sunderland.

South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust have set out plans to build a brand new Eye Hospital in Sunderland. Our vision for a new Eye Hospital in Sunderland explains why we need to do this and how you can get involved.

We want to hear from patients, families and carers and the general public to help us shape and refine our plans for the new Eye Hospital. Your views are incredibly important.
