Why are we asking for your information?
It is important that Symonds Estates and Development Communications understand your views on the development proposals owing to your locality to the site.

Your comments will be considered in the evolution of the proposals and will be analysed and reported in a Report on Community Engagement that will be submitted to Mendip District Council as part of the planning application. The results of the consultation may also be shared publicly, but no personal information that could identify individual respondents will be included within the report or any publicised results.

How the information you provide will be used
Development Communications (DevComms) is a registered Data Controller under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). DevComms will process any personal data lawfully in line with the principle of Legitimate Interests as defined in GDPR.
