Annual Performance Report

The Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 created an independent body called the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR).  The purpose of the SHR is to look after the interests of social housing tenants, people who become homeless and any other customers who use the housing service.   The SHR requires social landlords to produce an annual report on its performance and make it available to their tenants and other customers.
