Doncaster urgent and emergency care survey
Organisations have been working together through a number of System Perfect events to ask people about urgent care in Doncaster. Local people have told us their thoughts about why more people are going to A&E and also about why they may choose to go to A&E for mental health issues.
This valuable information will be used to help inform how future care is offered. What we now want to do is to find out what people think is important in an urgent care service.
By urgent care, we mean:
You cannot wait until another day/24 hours for help
You suddenly have an immediate or same day need for advice, diagnosis or treatment quickly – it could be an illness or injury that is serious but not life threatening.
