Supporting your teenager
Thank you very much for participating in this survey.
The purpose of this survey is to understand how Hello Future can work with parents to support their young people in progressing to higher education.
It can be confusing and difficult to find out what is available to your child after school or college. Hello Future (www.hellofuture.ac.uk) has been set up to help Cumbrian young people and their parents to understand the opportunities (e.g. apprenticeships, technical courses, A Levels) & support them to progress to higher levels of learning. It would be great to hear from you, to make sure we plan events and deliver information that will be useful.
To say thank you for your time, every week in March & April, we will run a prize draw for £50. All surveys submitted during the week will be included. If you win, you can decide what £50 voucher you would like, from a choice of 1,000s of high street stores!
The survey will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete. Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. You are free to omit any question. The information provided by you in this survey will be used for research purposes. It will not be used in a manner which would allow identification of your individual responses.
If you have provided consent to be contacted or to enter the prize draw, your data will only be used for these purposes and will be held securely in accordance with the applicable Data Protection and Privacy laws, including the Data Protection Act 1998 and (when in force) the General Data Protection Regulation. You should note that you have the right to withdraw your consent in respect of such processing at any time. You can do this by emailing hellofuture@cumbria.ac.uk, stating that you wish to be removed from the Hello Future Parents Survey and withdraw your consent as to any further processing of your information.
The information you provide is collected via Survey Monkey and may be stored outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Further details of their Privacy Policy are available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/policy/privacy-policy.
Your information will be retained until December 2020 when the NCOP project is anticipated to end. If the project ends earlier, information will be securely destroyed. Following this period your information will be securely destroyed.
