We invite you to join us at this year’s Wirral Earth Fest

Wirral Earth Fest is an annual Earth and people friendly festival at St Bridget’s Church, West Kirby, now in its fifth year. It is organised and run in partnership between Transition Town West Kirby and St Bridget’s Church. Our aim for Wirral Earth Fest is to bring together community groups and individuals from around the region who share a ‘people and Earth-friendly’ outlook to celebrate, network and exchange community information to promote environmental sustainability and personal well-being. We also aim to foster and encourage voluntary action for the improvement of the whole community. We aspire to make the festival as environmentally friendly as possible.

This year the theme for Wirral Earth Fest is ‘A New Earth is Possible’.

When and where will the Wirral Earth Fest 2017 take place?

The main event will be held between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 9th September at St Bridget’s Church and School grounds in West Kirby, CH48 3JT.

The festival day is a family friendly mix of community group and craft stalls, music and storytelling, food and a maypole. Details and photos of previous festivals can be found on our Facebook page and at Transition Town West Kirby’s website.

Our Launch Night will be on Friday, 8th September at St Bridget’s Church.

Please use this form to book a stall at the festival

There is no charge to participate in the Festival, although we suggest a donation of £10 to help us with our costs, especially if your stall earns an income from the day.

Most stalls are outside although we do have a small number of spaces inside the Church Centre. You will need to provide your own gazebo and tables.

Please note that we prioritise stalls that are either local charities and voluntary groups or craft stalls where the produce sold has been produced locally.

When do I need to book by?

Bookings for the Festival will close on Sunday, 13th August 2017. We will confirm your place shortly after you book and send you instructions for set-up in the week before Earth Fest.
