In 2015, 193 world leaders signed up to the Sustainable Development Goals - a contract designed to eradicate poverty and inequality and fix climate change by 2030. In short, a plan for the whole globe, so that no-one gets left behind.

But despite some good progress - nearly 5 years in, we’re off track. 2020 represents a third of the way through and ten years to go until the delivery of the Goals. It’s our best, and last, chance to course correct to reach the Goals and a massive opportunity.

In 2020 we have the chance to work together to deliver a ‘super year of activism’ for the Goals inspiring and engaging the world— all sectors, all constituents everywhere, North and South— to set the path for a decade of delivery and action until 2030.

We want to find an overarching concept and name for a 2020 campaign which speaks to a global audience of everyday people in a way that inspires greater demand, supply and accountability closing the gap between awareness and action and is flexible and adaptable enough for different campaigners and campaign organisations to use in their work. Something that you could use in your work!
