Welcome to 2018’s ‘Event Pay Check, Middle East’ - The Annual Salary Survey for the Events Industry.
Now in its’ 5th year our survey has evolved to take into consideration the changing roles and emerging sectors within events, and we are grateful for the ongoing support from all our respondents and supporters and look forward to another great set of results in order for us to bring both employers and employees a clear picture of the market, and current salaries and
employment trends within the region.
This year we've reduced the number of questions to make it even quicker to respond, and in line with this will produce a pared down report that is shorter and easier to read.
The report offers:
· Employers guidance on setting company salary and benefits packages in line with market standards
· Employees reassurance that they are paid their worth; or evidence to negotiate their packages.
