Hastings Voluntary Action is reviewing its business plan, and one issue that is being considered is affordable space for charities, community groups and social enterprises. Currently HVA runs Jackson Hall, which provides bookable meeting space for 2 to 30 people, and office space for 7 not-for-profit organisations. However the office space that HVA manages has been fully utilised for several years, and we are exploring the feasibility of increasing the amount of accessible affordable space that HVA manages. If your charity, community group or social enterprise is likely to be looking for more space over the next few years, we would be grateful if you could complete this survey to help us research what your needs are. Contact Peter Thorpe at HVA (peter@hvauk.org) if you would like to discuss this further.
