Every three years we plan our services - from care homes to care at home, primary care to telecare, voluntary organisations to vaccinations.
We have a limited budget so need to make informed choices about how to spend our money. To do this we use national guidance, local data and the views of the public and staff. This questionnaire is one of the ways we collect these views.
