Towards a Hate Crime Charter for NorthLink Ferries

NorthLink and Disability Equality Scotland, with support from Transport Scotland’s Ferries Accessibility Fund, are partnering to improve inclusion onboard. We want to have a transport system that is safe and comfortable for everyone to use, and we need transport operators to help us eradicate hate crime on public transport and make everyone feel safe to travel.

An important part of this is making sure that people know how to identify and report any incidents of abuse or hate crime. We all can all play a part. To help us, you can fill in this short survey on your experience travelling with NorthLink to inform this important work.

For the easy read version of this survey, follow this link (opens in new tab) and click 'Download the Easy Read Version' to download the Microsoft Word file. You can complete this and return it via email to alistair@disabilityequality.scot.

Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions as honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong answers, we are just gathering information at this stage. Please remember to click 'Submit' at the end, otherwise your responses will not be recorded. Thank you for your participation.
