Neighbourhood Telephone Survey Jan 2021

The new telephone system has been in place for a few months now and we are interested in hearing how our patients are finding the service. We hope this will help us understand what is working well and what steps we can take to improve the service in the future.

Our new system has:
Call queuing - so you know your place in the queue
No more engaged tones
Unlimited phone lines- you can choose to be called back by our reception team if you don't have time to wait in the queue
Calls are recorded to give you peace of mind and help us with training and providing consistent service delivery
Mobile phone back-ups in case our phone lines go down
Message facility which enables the practice to advise patients of any issues etc that we be experiencing before you speak to a receptionist.

The new phone system has been a great step forward in our ability to deliver a first class service to our patients, and we would love to hear your views on this service.

Practices are working collaboratively and participating (where relevant) in shared delivery of care across our neighbourhood (Tame Valley) We are gathering views from all practices in Tame Valley - thank you for taking time to complete this survey.
