About the programme
Each year, a select group of alumni and students are chosen to participate in the Leadership Mentoring Programme. This bespoke programme hand-matches you (the mentor) with one of King’s most promising students (the mentee). It provides an opportunity for you to share your wealth of knowledge and expertise with your mentee, and provide tailored support that will help them achieve their goals during their studies and as they begin to enter the world of work.
The programme runs from September to September. During this time you will receive a mentoring training and support guide, regular communications from the Alumni Office, and exclusive invites to events. This is to provide you with support throughout the mentorship, as well as opportunities to meet with other mentors and mentees in person.
Once your form is processed, you will be notified by the Alumni Office via email and will be directed to a mentoring training and support guide. Within this guide is an agreement which must be completed before you are matched with your mentee.
