The Lambeth Country Show in Brockwell Park is the biggest event on the Lambeth calendar. Tens of thousands attend and Tree Shepherd has managed a marquee to showcase the Lambeth Forest Network for the past 3 years. You will trade the whole weekend and the dates are Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th July 2017.

All traders will need to have market traders public liability insurance (available from £50) that is valid for the weekend. Any food or drink trader will also need Level 2 food hygiene and be operating out of a council-approved kitchen.

We welcome all types of business and many use the show for publicity or to showcase, whilst others want to trade or test-trade new products & services. To express interest, please answer all the following questions.

* 14. There are 30 spaces only. All spaces accomodate one full-size table (2m x 1m) and chair. You have the option to either hire our furniture, or to bring your own. You also have the option to share a table space with one other business - but you must each be insured. Spaces are priced accordingly. We can not guarantee where you will be positioned in the marquee. The only guarantee is food & drink aisle OR non-food & drink aisle (arts, crafts, clothing, services etc.).

* 18. The Lambeth Country Show is committed to protecting the environment and operates a refundable GREEN BOND system. This is repayable at the end of the show as long as every trader in the marquee has disposed of rubbish responsibly and leaves absolutely no trace of their pitch at the end of each show day. Your invoice will have an extra £10 on it to cover your part of the green bond. You are all responsible for the state of the marquee. If just ONE trader leaves a mess or is irresponsible with their rubbish, then EVERYBODY'S green bonds are lost. Tree Shepherd will reimburse your £10 only after the organisers (Lambeth Events) sign off the marquee as GREEN at show-end.
