Welcome to the NLAG Travel Survey.  The purpose of this survey is to collect information about how visitors to NLAG hospitals access the sites in order to inform the new revision of the NLAG Travel Plan, which aims to promote more sustainable travel choices for NLAG employees and visitors.

Your participation is vital in helping us to respond to your travel needs and your response will not only help inform the new Travel Plan, but will also influence future travel initiatives at this site. Completing the questionnaire should only take around 5 minutes of your time.
