This consultation survey is about the 2012 Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
Amendments have been proposed to the document to ; • Ensure mixed and balanced communities • Manage matters relating to change of use from C4 to Sui Generis HMOs, thresholds, living conditions and the impact on amenities of neighbours specifically relating to the change of use of smaller homes.
