Consultation document including all information relevant to the survey

The intention behind the Fair Reward Framework is to provide insights on how motivation, performance and retention is incentivised across a company at multiple levels, in recognition that long-term corporate performance is down to the efforts of employees and a variety of stakeholders across a firm, as well as societal inputs that all companies depend upon for their success.

Note: Questions marked with an * asterisk are mandatory - beyond the context questions about you as a survey participant there are only three mandatory questions: 26, 28 and 29.
