NHS Halton Clinical Commissioning Group and 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust are seeking your views on a proposal is to redistribute the older people’s beds on Grange Ward at the Brooker Centre in Halton to the Trust’s three specialist later life and memory inpatient facilities within Warrington, Knowsley and Leigh.
